Claris Keynote speakers

Concept

Encouraged by last year’s successes, ClickWorks and Square Moon continue to join forces to bring you a new edition of EngageU. This is the largest in-person European FileMaker conference. The 2024 edition aims for 250 participants!

Claris employees and technical staff will join us. The language for all presentations is English. There are three tracks covering presentations, discussions, workshops, and short topics and an additional track for sponsors to tell you more about their products. Speakers will include top-level partners from Europe and all over the world.

Planning

We will change the format and offer you a training afternoon with Matt Navarre and Alexis Allen on Sunday, followed by an optional social event in the evening. The conference itself will take place on Monday and Tuesday were Claris staff will give some insights.

Everything is included in the conference fee: welcome coffee, coffee breaks with Fika, lunch and evening dinner on Monday, and coffee with pastries and lunch on Tuesday.

Location and hotel

The conference will be held in Malmö, Sweden. The easiest way to get there, though, is by plane to Copenhagen Airport and then continue by train. Read more about it in our FAQ or in the Location section.

This year, the conference will be held at Clarion Hotel Malmö Live, which is perfectly located close to Malmö Central Station. Conference attendees can book a room at fixed, reduced rates in the conference hotel. You will find the booking link in the Location Page.

With Clarion Hotel Malmö Live‘s perfect location next to Malmö Central Station, you’ll find culture, entertainment, shopping, nightlife, and parks right on your doorstep. And you’ll also have wonderful views and proximity to Malmö’s Ribersborg beach. You can reach beautiful Copenhagen via the Malmö City Tunnel in just 35 minutes. If you’re a fan of architecture and enjoy both old and new, visit Malmöhus Castle and the Turning Torso skyscraper, both of which are within walking distance of the hotel.

Pricing

The conference is a two-day conference with an optional additional social evening. The conference is to take place in Malmö, Sweden. The sessions start on Monday, November 18th.
