No, this year there won't be a special Claris Partner meeting. Claris will, however, have representatives at the conference and will also hold an informational and technical session during Monday.

With the permission of the speaker(s), the presentation(s) will be shared after the conference.

The recordings from the sessions will also be shared with you after the conference.

Presentations will take place in 4 different conference rooms at the same time. Between each session, there will be a break with enough time to move between the different rooms.

We're still in the process of planning, but when we're ready we'll present you the agenda on the web page.

The duration of the session will be communicated in advance during the session submission. There are slots available for 30 minutes and 60 minutes.

The parties agree for:

  1. a voucher
  2. a refund (minus administrative fees)

Tickets will only be refunded or exchanged if the event is cancelled or moved to another date

The Swedish coffee break is so much more than just drinking coffee.

Fika is a concept, a state of mind, an attitude, and an important part of Swedish culture. Many Swedes consider that it is almost essential to make time for fika every day. It means making time for friends and colleagues to share a cup of coffee (or tea) and a little something to eat.

The word fika actually derives from the 19th-century slang word for coffee, kaffi.

We offer a way for you to easily book your own hotel room via this link.

Yes, everything is wheelchair accessible.

The easiest way of travel to Malmö is to take the flight to Copenhagen Airport and then continue to Malmö by train. The train ride to Malmö Central Station is about 20 minutes and from there it is about a five-ten minute walk to the hotel.

Train tickets are available at the airport or via Skånetrafiken's app. Departures to Malmö with Øresundstågen run every 15-30 minutes depending on when you arrive at Copenhagen Airport.

There are many ways to get around in Malmö! A lot of things are quite close by, but if you're going a bit further or would like to use your feet a bit less, we recommend the following options:

  • Rent a bike from Malmö By Bike, Tier or Lime.
  • Steps/E-scooters are available for renting from Voi, Tier or Lime.
  • All buses and most trains are run by Skånetrafiken. Use the green buses within Malmö and the yellow ones for going to other cities in Skåne.

For those arriving by car, we want to ensure a smooth experience. The underground parking at the Malmö Live will be accessible 24/7 during your stay. The parking can't be booked in advanced but there is a lot of space so it should be fine.

There is a parking fee at the hotel is of 33 SEK/hour or 260 SEK/day.

For other options regarding parking, we recommend you to take a look at P Malmö's website (the page is in Swedish, but there is an option for translation with Google Translate)

There are a few things that are good to know coming to Sweden as a tourist.

Alcohol monopoly
Regular stores hold non or low alcoholic drinks (max 3,5%). If you want something stronger than that you will need to visit Systembolaget. Bars and restaurant often serve alcohol, but you can't bring it with you to the next place.

Tap water
Sweden is in 12th place when it comes to the best drinking water in the world, with a EPI of 97.9%. We have good standards when it comes to clean water, so please bring a reusable water bottle for your stay.

Tipping is up to you
Some restaurants and bars ask you if you would like to leave a tip, but don't feel bad if you don't. There are regulations regarding minimum pay for all workers, so you don't have to leave a tip - but you can if you want to appreciate the service given.

Non-smoking areas
Smoking is prohibited in restaurants, public indoor spaces and several public outdoor areas! This includes outdoor areas relating to public transport, outdoor serving areas, entrances to premises and indoor spaces that the public have access to. As the first city in Sweden, Malmö has public smoking zones. Equipped with an ashtray, a trash can and in some cases phone charging possibilities (all powered by the solar panels on the bench), they reduce littering in the streets!

Right of public access
We love our lakes, forests and beaches in Sweden - and we love to share them. The right of public access is protected by law, and allows all people in Sweden to roam free in nature. You have the right to walk, cycle, ride, ski and camp on any land with the exception of private gardens, near a dwelling house or land under cultivation. If you're planning to stay a bit longer before or after the conference, we gladly encourage you to visit nearby woods or beaches.

Sweden is not known for it's warm and sunny autumn weather, so be sure to bring an extra sweater and a rain jacket if you plan on going outside during the conference. An umbrella is a good idea as well, but keep in mind that it can be a bit windy here in Malmö 💨 ☔️
