Concept
Encouraged by last year’s success, ClickWorks and Square Moon continue to join forces to bring you a new edition of EngageU. This is the largest in-person European FileMaker conference. The 2023 edition aims for 250 participants.
We will be joined by Claris employees and technical staff. The language for all presentations is English. There are 3 tracks: presentations, discussions, workshops, and short topics. Speakers will include top-level partners from Europe and all over the world.
Location and hotel
The conference will be held in the heart of Europe in the vibrant, historical city of Antwerp, Belgium. It is easily accessible by fast train or plane. There are parking spots on-site for those who want to drive.
Conference attendees can book at fixed, reduced rates in selected hotels nearby.
Planning
We build upon last year’s successful recipe with a limited partner event on Sunday, followed by an optional social event in the evening. The conference itself will take place on Monday and Tuesday.
Everything is included in the conference fee: welcome coffee, coffee breaks with fika, lunch and evening dinner on Monday, and coffee with pastries and lunch on Tuesday.
Venue
The conference will take place in the ‘KAVA congress center‘ (KCC), close to Antwerp Central Station and the historic city district.
It’s a modern, light, and spacious facility with daylight and outside views toward the beautiful garden. Everything is located on the ground floor, with a central atrium connecting the three main rooms. This guarantees maximum interaction and visibility for sponsors.
There are break-out rooms for private meetings, working in silence, podcasts, and interviews. We have the whole facility to ourselves.
There are a limited number of parking spots available on-site for those who want to come by car.
Pricing
The conference is a two-day conference with an optional additional social evening. The conference is to take place in Antwerp, Belgium. The sessions start on Monday the 13th of November.
